Plugging their books this week were PJ O’Rourke (Don’t Vote! It Just Encourages the Bastards, published by Grove Press) and Armando Iannucci with a Thick of It Christmas spin-off. Neither title has any press reviews, but we are able to bring you roundups for the entire post-2009 oeuvre of fellow guest Mary Beard, the thinking man’s Bettany Hughes.
