David Robson in the Daily Express got hopelessly wound up about the MILF complex in David Guterson’s modern take on Oedipus Rex:

This year there will also need to be a Bad Sex With Your Mother Award. ”Ed estimated they’d engaged in sex for somewhere between a thousand and fifteen hundred hours.” David Guterson’s descriptions of hyperactive incest are absolutely unbearable and not in a good way.
